The check-in process was exceptional! The receptionist greeted us warmly and attended to our needs promptly, making us feel valued. the Superior Double Room offered a cozy environment that made our two-night stay comfortable.
The daytime receptionist at check-out seemed uninterested and unfriendly.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely spot, especially the nearby Everyman Cinema which offered a great escape in Marylebone. The room was peaceful and well-kept, perfect for relaxing after a day out with our little dog, who was very welcome too.
My wife says that the check-in process was quite slow, and the staff seemed a bit unfocused. It would be great to have a dedicated family area for kids to play in while waiting.

missingWrote a review on Dec 01comfortable beddecent closet spacegood showersmall roompoor lighting
The room was a bit smaller than I expected, but it had a comfortable large bed and decent closet space. The bathroom wasn't tight, and the shower was good. the lighting could have been better. I also noticed some noise from outside, which was a bit annoying. But overall, it had everything I needed for my stay.

It was just a perfect match for a flying visit in London with attractive and competitive value for money. The furniture was old and chipped but the location was super convenient for my needs. If you focus on the budget aspect, you might find something decent.

The location was simply unbeatable – just minutes from the best shops and attractions! The suite was spacious, but the glass bathroom door let in too much light that disturbed my sleep. 💤

Cozy stay in a great area
I had a nice night here, just loved the location near Harley Street. The staff were super friendly and took great care of me. I also had breakfast in my room, and it was delicious! Only thing was, the room was a bit on the small side, kinda cramped for my liking.
